The terms governing use of the Skilldora website and services.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to myskilldora.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any product, program, subscription or service offered by Skilldora Inc. ("Skilldora," "we," "us"). By using the Site or purchasing from us, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site and do not purchase from us.
Skilldora offers three categories of paid engagement: AI training programs, including live cohorts and workshops; the Skilldora® Smart Agent, a recurring monthly subscription; and development, automation and consulting services, delivered under a written proposal or statement of work. Descriptions on the Site are general in nature. The scope, price, timeline and deliverables of any engagement are governed solely by the written agreement signed by you and Skilldora, which controls over any Site content in the event of a conflict.
All sales of training programs, cohorts, workshops and seats are final, and no refunds are issued. Seats are capped and limited, and your payment reserves a seat that cannot be resold once enrollment closes. If you are unable to attend all or part of a program for which you have paid, you will receive the session recordings and all accompanying materials in place of attendance. This provision applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance. Where a program offers a rescheduling privilege, that privilege is stated in the program description and is the sole accommodation available.
Smart Agent is billed in advance as a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Skilldora to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period then in progress, and your service remains active through that date. Fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable and are not prorated, and no refund is issued for partial months or for periods of non-use. We may change subscription pricing on notice given before the start of a renewal term; continuing your subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Service engagements require a deposit in the amount specified in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Deposits are non-refundable once development work begins. Development is deemed to have begun upon the first allocation of Skilldora personnel or contracted resources to your project following acceptance of the proposal. A refund of amounts paid will be granted only in the event that Skilldora is unable to provide the service as specified in the signed agreement. Delays or failures caused by your acts or omissions — including failure to supply required materials, access, credentials, approvals or feedback within agreed timeframes — do not constitute an inability to perform on our part and do not give rise to a refund.
Upon payment in full of all amounts due under the applicable agreement, Skilldora assigns to you all right, title and interest in the deliverables developed specifically for you under that agreement. You own that work outright, with no licensing fees, usage restrictions or vendor lock-in imposed by us. Until payment in full is received, all right, title and interest in the deliverables, including all work in progress, remain the exclusive property of Skilldora, and any access granted to you before that time is a limited, revocable license for evaluation and acceptance testing only. Skilldora retains at all times its pre-existing intellectual property, including its tools, frameworks, methodologies, know-how and any general-purpose components not developed specifically for you.
If you fail to perform your obligations under a signed agreement, including failure to pay any balance due within the agreed timeframe, Skilldora may, in addition to any other remedy available at law or in equity, suspend or terminate work, withhold delivery and revoke any access previously granted. Where a balance remains unpaid, Skilldora retains full ownership of the developed work and reserves the right to retain, modify, repackage, license, resell or otherwise commercialize that work, in whole or in part and to any third party, in order to recover its fees and costs. Amounts already paid are credited against amounts owed and do not entitle you to ownership of, or continued access to, work for which payment has not been received in full. You remain liable for any deficiency remaining after such recovery, together with reasonable costs of collection.
Payment schedules, deposit amounts and due dates are set out in your signed agreement or, for training and subscription purchases, at the point of checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors under their own terms. Amounts unpaid past their due date may accrue interest at the rate stated in your agreement or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
The chat assistant on this Site is an artificial intelligence system. Its responses are informational only, may contain errors or omissions, and do not constitute quotes, professional advice, warranties or contractual commitments of any kind. No statement generated by an AI system binds Skilldora. Only a signed written agreement does.
SKILLDORA® is a registered trademark of Skilldora Inc., U.S. Reg. No. 7,506,173. The Site and its content, including text, graphics, course materials, frameworks and software, are owned by Skilldora or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission. Materials provided to program participants are licensed for that participant's individual business use only and may not be resold, republished or delivered as training to third parties.
The Site links to third-party services, including ProcuraFind®, for which Skilldora may receive a referral commission. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and pricing, and Skilldora is not responsible for them. Development partners engaged by Skilldora are independent businesses and are not employees or agents of Skilldora; your contractual relationship is with Skilldora Inc. in all cases.
Case studies, testimonials, statistics and calculators presented on the Site describe outcomes achieved by specific clients under specific conditions, or projections based on figures you enter. They are illustrative only and are not a promise, guarantee or prediction of the results you will achieve.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skilldora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Liability arising under a specific engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in York County, South Carolina. Questions: demario@myskilldora.com
