Do I need to be good with technology?
No. If you can send an email, you can do this. We build your assistant together, step by step, and you'll have the recordings to go back to.
What do I need before the first session?
A Claude account — even one you barely use. The cohort page lists everything else, including which email accounts connect.
Is two sessions really enough?
Yes. You leave the first Tuesday with a working assistant and the second with it doing real daily work. The room is capped at twenty so nobody gets left behind.
What if I miss a Tuesday?
You'll get the recording and the materials, so you can catch up on your own time.
