Who we are

Skilldora Inc. ("Skilldora," "we," "us") is a South Carolina corporation at 1007 Albany Park Dr., Fort Mill, SC 29715. This policy covers myskilldora.com.

What we collect

• Information you give us — name, email, phone, business name, and anything you write in a form, booking, chat, or email.
• Automatic — standard analytics: pages viewed, referrer, browser type, general location. No precise geolocation. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for this — see “Analytics and session recording” below.
• Payments — processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, under their own terms; we never see or store full card numbers.

AI-assisted communication

Skilldora uses an AI assistant ("Ethan AI") on this site and in correspondence. Ethan always identifies as AI. Conversations with Ethan may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses and may be reviewed by our team to improve service and follow up on your inquiry. Don't share sensitive personal information in chat.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Sharing

Only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, payments, AI processing) and only as needed. If an engagement involves a partner firm, we tell you before sharing anything.

Analytics and session recording

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and links people use, and Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized sessions and build heatmaps showing where visitors click and how far they scroll. A session recording captures mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and which pages you moved between. Clarity masks text typed into form fields by default, so we do not see what you type. We use this only to understand how the site is working and to improve it — never to identify you personally, and never shared with advertisers. Both tools set their own cookies and receive your IP address, which they use to estimate general location. To opt out of Google Analytics, install Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To opt out of either, block cookies or use a tracking blocker in your browser.

Cookies

Essential cookies for site function, analytics cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and a referral cookie that records which ambassador or link sent you so we can credit the referral. Disable cookies in your browser if you prefer; some features may not work.

Retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for service and legal obligations, protected by commercially reasonable safeguards. No internet transmission is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
